Our Welcome UJEP portal creates a signpost for various target groups. Whether you are a student or a researcher willing to spend a week or a year at UJEP, the portal provides step-by-step guidance for choosing the right option and support for you.

• Exchange students: students considering a short- to mid-term stay at UJEP, within the Erasmus+ programme or other scholarships.

• Degree students: students who found interesting study programmes at our university and want to receive their degree from UJEP.

• Exchange staff: suited for those holding academic, research, or administrative positions who would like to spend their short-term stay at UJEP with teaching, networking, research, and artistic activities or sharing managerial and administrative experiences.

• Prospective employee: those who are considering a long-term stay at UJEP (usually one year and longer). This entails a contractual arrangement which is administratively secured by the university’s Human Resources department.
