Erasmus+ Timeline UJEP

WINTER SEMESTER

March – April you are nominated by your home university
April – June after being nominated by your home university, follow the instructions about how to apply and submit your Learning agreement via Erasmus Without Paper
May – June follow the deadlines for application, May 15 for non-EU students, June 15 for EU students
end of May – end of June your Learning Agreement is in the approval process
June you will receive an acceptance letter by e-mail, visa students also receive documents for visa application by post
June – early September you will receive information e-mails with further instructions (accommodation, Buddy registration, welcome meeting, etc.)
August you can apply for ESN Buddy, you will receive information about Dormitory payment
mid-September Czech language course for incoming students takes place
mid-September / end of September you will arrive in Ústí
September – a week before semester starts / first week of semester Welcome week, welcome meeting at IRO, course schedule, etc.
end of September – mid-January teaching period (lectures, seminars, labs, etc.)
end of October submit Changes to Learning Agreement
January – mid-February examination period
January/February check-out with your faculty coordinator – get your confirmation of study period and transcript of records
mid-February end of semester

   

SUMMER SEMESTER

mid-November – mid-December your Learning Agreement is in the approval process

January you can apply for ESN Buddy, you will receive information about Dormitory payment
February Czech language course for incoming students takes place online
